Cilin Fine Brown Bulgur is made from whole wheat, with fine grains, a darker colour and a pronounced wheat flavour. Because it retains the bran, it offers more fibre and minerals than standard bulgur and supports a whole-grain diet with no additives.

It is ideal for cig kofte, kibbeh, kisir and salads when you want deeper flavour and colour. It soaks quickly, kneads easily and gives recipes a rustic character.
